Just checking...
But is your position that had Adam and Eve
NOT disobeyed God-
They would have eventually been put out of the Garden anyway,
and still have died just the same?

It is appointed unto men once to die. There are just two deaths mentioned in scripture. In Revelation 20 describes the second death. Where is the evidence that Adam died twice? The second death is avoidable even for Adam. Some people say there are three deaths. I’m looking for support from scripture.

Why didn’t Adam eat from the “tree of life” when he had the chance? God does not instruct us to eat from the tree of life, but rather to take freely(Galatians3:21).

I’m still working on that question. It is not simple. Many people say that Adam had to die the same day and since he didn’t die physically, he must have died spiritually. One problem is the number doesn’t fit. The second death doesn’t happen until Revelation 20.
Rom 5:13-14 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
All of the people that lived before the law, died even though sin was not imputed. Would this have happened to Adam also, even if he did not eat the fruit? Would Adam need to eat of the tree of life in order to live forever?

Sin comes from the heart. It was just a matter of time before Adam and Eve ate the fruit. “A tree to be desired to make one wise”, but don’t eat it? It is easy to predict. But the desire to have the forbidden fruit is sin. God’s plan from the beginning involved birth, death, and resurrection. God opened his book with a figure of it (Gen 1:1-3).

There is another story here: Adam is a figure of Christ and Eve is the Church (Ephesians5:31-32). The fact that Eve was deceived and Adam was not deceived comes into play here. God choreographed the whole scene and all the symbols are perfectly fitted to teach about Christ for he is the main character.

The church today generally teaches the “fall” but Genesis 3:22 seems to indicate that they were lifted up by possessing the knowledge of good and evil. Perhaps this is why God created evil? He is up to something.

The Bible is the best mystery ever.
