All WHO ARE IN CHRIST JESUS are (spiritual) Israel.
There is no more PHYSICAL Israel. There is only one in Christ Jesus. Literal, PHYSICAL Israel came to an end at the stoning of Stephen, at the end of Daniel’s 490 years.

There are only two outcomes. EITHER one gets the Mark of the Beast, OR they get the seal of God. Both are tied to the 4th commandment.

Wrong again. These are the Saints that have kept the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus, who have not taken the MOTB, and will be saved and go to heaven when Christ returns.
Revelation 14:
