Tissot at #9; H. Johnson at #12, for creativity and a splendid angel. Some artists envisioned Gideon as a very young man, others as a much older one. Thank you, Dan, for these daily studies.

Not sure what you're missing on #23--I clicked on its source successfully just now.
#24 is from last year's thread, which was before I recorded sources--so I don't have it.

We know his father was still vigorous, so Gideon couldn’t have been too old.

Nice selections
Probably like Tissot’s version best.
And that’s not always the case

Yes, some browsers are touchy. They show fine for me in Firefox—I find that Edge, Chrome and Brave sometimes omit works as you describe, which is why I recommend Firefox.

My computer is too old to support the latest version of Firefox. Perhaps that’s why I can’t see those two.

That’s probably the explanation. At least you outsmarted it and found a way to see them.

Tissot has won my heart as my personal favorite, because his volume exceeds all others’, and because he displays an unmatched thoughtfulness and inspiration; frequently, he presents an incisive view of an event which occurs to no other artist. For me, those qualities trump any shortcoming in draftsmanship.
