I still wonder if the College of Cardinals is led by the Holy Spirit or not.

I mean, Catholics CLAIM, that their *church* is being somehow protected by God, which is why it’s been around for so long.

But if it is, then what explains the run on bad popes? How is that protecting anything?

And if it is truly protected, then how do the bad popes get in?
