It sure sounds to me youre snarking on Bishop Barron that he is giving the rich man a "pass"...then one can ONLY conclude that you feel the rich man IS IN FACT in hell....and so trying to point out the error in the Bishops thinking.....still keeping in minx the Church has never deckared ANYONE in hell...

Yet, if one thinks that to “hope that all men be saved” means that everyone who has ever lived will evade hell, I would argue that this position is contrary to Holy Scripture, Holy Tradition, magisterial teaching, and personal revelations to saintly Catholics through the centuries.
