Paul will not be acquitted because he won't be on trial...
Paul was justified in Damascus...And there was no doubt in his mind...He was filled with the Spirit...If Paul would have been on trial he certainly would have been acquitted...The Lord had already judged Paul's heart and found him to be just/justified...

That's why Paul wasn't concerned with others judging him or even him judging himself...He was already standing on the plate...
