Please read Catholic Catechism 846 about your salvation.
You state that you believe, but reject the belief in the Christ’s Catholic Church, the Mass, the Sacraments including the Eucharist.
Jesus told us there is more to salvation than just belief.
Jesus warned us against false teachers, but you are free to follow them, but you probably jeopardize your salvation.
Catholic is absolutely irrelevant to a believer.
I realize Romans must have people in beautiful costumes tell them what to believe.
These are false teachers.
So you end up with a “mass” which isn’t biblical. It stitched together a series of false beliefs.
Not so with the saved.
We honor God’s Word and believe it.
Like the thief on the cross, as in the words of Christ, as in the words of the Apostle Jesus loved, we believe and are saved.
Yes, without costumers, candles, beads, rituals, medals, or a pantheon of lower gods. All worthless and not for a believer.
“Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.
“I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.
We believe and are saved.
The Catholic catechism of any number is not Scripture and therefore irrelevant in regard to my salvation as man’s opinion pieces, which is what the Catholic catechism is, mean nothing.
How truly tragic that Catholics dismiss clear teaching of Scripture in exchange for opinions of men.
John 6:28-29
Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?”
Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”
And the disciple that Jesus loved backs Him up; too!
1 John 3:21-23Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him. And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us.
