I would ask, which Bible?

The questioning seems suspect. They seem to be asking everyone if they are Evangelicals.

Asking someone that may believe in God, but doesn't have any religious training to what's in the Bible, maybe respond negatively when asked about the importance of the Bible.

It might be interesting to see the Biden voters broken down by racial groups—probably the irreligious are a much higher percentage of whites than of blacks or Hispanics. But with 1000 total respondents they may not have a big enough pool for trustworthy results.
