Christ sail allllll but the ‘very elect’ would be deceived... The ‘very elect’ were chosen before the katabol... casting down of the serpent... But 70AD did not see the AoD stand in the holy place doing what 2 Ths. 2 describes, and like as Antiochus was a precursor of a future fulfillment so also is 70AD which also did not see the things prophesied would occur on the earth before the Lord's return.
