Errr, no!
Jud 1:9 But when the archangel Michael, contending with the devil, was disputing about the body of Moses, he did not presume to pronounce a blasphemous judgment, but said, “The Lord rebuke you.”
Zechariah 3
1And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.
2And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
It is CLEARLY Jesus Christ in Zechariah and Jude.
In Jude 1:9, we are told that Michael ". . .he did not presume to pronounce a blasphemous judgment . . ."
Jesus is GOD. It is NOT presumptuous for Him to directly rebuke Satan!
