In Jude 1:9, we are told that Michael ". . .he did not presume to pronounce a blasphemous judgment . . ."

Jesus is GOD. It is NOT presumptuous for Him to directly rebuke Satan!

You are confused with what this verse is saying. Michael/Jesus Christ did not presume to bring a SLANDEROUS CHARGE against Satan and the reason is because that’s not in God’s character to do that. Rebuking is a whole different matter. Michael/Jesus rebuked Satan as the verse clearly states.
Presumptuousness has absolutely nothing to do with rebuking in this verse.
