Oh CondoleezzaProtege,
I so identify with your feelings of discouragement and being weary.
I am caring for a invalid husband and the exhaustion I feel both emotionally over this election, and physical output of caring daily for a bed ridden spouse, is tearing me apart.
I’m looking to Jesus.
Sometimes we just don’t know how or what to ask. I’ve prayed one word lately in tears..
“ Help!”....
There is VICTORY in Jesus!
Heavenly Father:
At this time we lift up our sibling in Christ, known here as pollywog, who is bearing up under heavy loads, with needs for herself. She is weary, and needs help, encouragement, and sustenance. Send her what she needs, Lord.
We place the blood of Jesus on pollywog’s doorposts (Ex 12:13); we draw the bloodline of Jesus around her possessions and properties (Jos 2:18); and sprinkle(Lev 4:6, Ex 24:8); throw (Lev 1:5,Ex29:20,21), place, and pour the blood of Jesus upon herself and her family and friends.
Bind up her wounds, Lord. Bind up her heart. Send her the fruits of Your Holy Spirit from Galations 5:22 -
“22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”
Help her to sleep well, and her husband, and to awake refreshed.
In Jesus’ Name, amen.
Covering you in prayer, dear FRiend.
In His Holy name.
