Thy Word Is A Lamp Unto My Feet

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today full of praise and thanksgiving for so many answers to prayer. You are doing so many miracles in our country right now with this warrior president and the tireless team of patriots that are assembled around him. Our prayer now is that You continue to strengthen and protect them all. Also, continue to cause wickedness and evil to be exposed and thwarted. Light the path of Your children so that their feet do not stumble. Help us, Lord, to remain in fervent prayer for our nation and to keep on repenting of our sins. Heal the division that remains throughout this country in our communities, our churches, and our families. 

We pray for an accurate, lawful, and successful election. May every legal vote be properly submitted and accurately counted. We pray, Lord God, for all the voting places to remain peaceful. Cause any fraud to be found immediately and corrected.

Thank You for every child that has been rescued from human trafficking. We pray for the protection of those who have not yet been recovered. We ask that those who are responsible for this evil activity be found and swiftly brought to justice.  

Father, we also pray for our state and local leaders. Give strength and courage to those who need a special touch to stand for what is right in Your eyes.

We are so blessed that You would grant us mercy and grace. We ardently pray that You would allow us another chance to turn this nation back to You. Help us to continually pray through the blessed times as well as the troubled times.

Thank you, Abba Father, for everything. We pray in the name of Jesus.

And we ask, Lord, for the other races for office.

There are many offices at the state levels that need people of righteous character to fill them. We think of Kim Klacik and Joe Collins, for example, who are seeking to unseat corrupt, entrenched democrat politicians.

Please also give them victory in their elections and turn the House and Senate away from democrat and turn state offices also.

Let this election shake up and clear out the evil that has infiltrated our political system and helped bring Your wrath and judgment on this nation. True that many people did vote for them, but many of us did not and are appalled at the level of evil that has been revealed to us.

Please continue to expose the evil, clear it out, turn hearts back to You in repentance, and put our nation on a path to righteousness once again. Bring confusion to their counsels, and lay their plans bare for the world to see. Let justice be done against all that is wrong, but that can only happen with righteous men and women in office.

Thank you for the confirmation of Justice Barrett. Thank you for President Trump and VP Pence and all the other godly men and women who fight daily on Your behalf. Protect them all and give them success.

Our Heavenly Father, we pray today for the safety and welfare of the brave souls who have allowed themselves to be put in the public eye for the good of our beloved country.

We pray especially for the safety of Amy Coney Barrett. She is a shining example of all that is good and right in Your eyes, and an inspiration to all Americans. Help Americans to continue to be inspired by Americans and women like her.

We pray for help to face down and defeat the evil in our public figures that is being revealed more to us every day. We pray for the cleansing of this country, that we will rise up and reject those who practice evil. We pray that Americans will turn again toward You in our public and private lives.
