Wow. A famous, influential pastor for 33 years in Minneapolis. Looks like he wasn’t nearly “influential” enough, seeing what a hell hole that place has become.

Piper writes as if the church is in “business as usual” mode. While Trump’s New York manner of life and way of talking doesn’t suit him.
When this election will decide whether he will be allowed to continue his “business as usual” Christianity, or whether he will be under a totalitarian anti-Christian America under the democommies.
The fact that he rails against Trump, without nary a word against the democommies, is very telling.
Piper apparently hasn’t figured out when you elect a president you are not electing a pastor.
John Piper is a respected author and theologian in the Calvinist Christian community. He has great appeal with young Christian men, a college, and was formerly at Bethlehem Church in the Twin Cities.

I have watched sadly as John Piper has descended into the social justice deception. I was concerned a long time ago when he took the stage beside Rick Warren and expressed admiration for him, but this latest craziness is not a big surprise.
The social justice gospel (a false gospel) has seduced many, formerly conservative, gospel centered evangelical pastors including David Platt, Matt Chandler and now even Al Mohler.
John Piper would do well to consider Sampson, an uncouth, passion driven, self-centered man who was chosen by God to lead God’s people. He did a good job with it and, especially at the end - he trusted in God.
So we’re now expected to heed the warnings of atheist “pastors”?
