This is scandalous. No rational person can doubt these are the relics of the Royal Martyrs. That they continue to be the subject of undignified poking and prodding is shocking. The ROC needs to put a stop to this and either inter them in the family crypt with due honor or, if the family gives its assent, then place them in reliquaries for public veneration. Enough already.
Everyone except Alexei & his sister were interred some years ago in St Petersburg. I doubt they’ve been disinterred for any additional poking or prodding since then.
They will continue to test and retest until a hereditary link is established showing that Vlad Putin is the rightful heir to the Russian throne.
