My husband and I visited Petra.

There is NO going inside. It's just a facade...albeit a FABULOUS facade.
We did have to go there by horseback. It was a hot, dry and sticky ride but worth every bead of sweat.

The Arab alphabet has no "P" so they pronounce it BETRA. Everyone around there knows what's being talked about.

FABULOUS FACADE!!

“The Arab alphabet has no “P” so they pronounce it BETRA”.

So, if you rent a Plymouth, Porsche, or Peugeot, it’s hard to pronounce...

Except, maybe, “Boo-Joe”...
;)

Because of the lack of a P in Arabic, the Palestinians call them selves the Fallacy. Its hilarious.

Ironic that the Muslims often claim to be from places they can’t even pronounce. The irony is strong with them.
