It must be really hard to start a terror campaign when the targets of that campaign take out its leadership, financiers, and trigger groups just before it starts. The U.S. deploying several thousand troops before things get going. All those proxy militias realizing that the fun times they were promised just became USMC and the 82nd Airborne getting cold feet. Everyone who might get hit all getting warned and taking precautions might spoil some fireworks. A President who sent Lindsey Graham to say the Iranian regime is our target, not its proxies, and the targets the U.S. has are those the Iranian regime can not do without.
