Thanks Elsie - one of my favorite quotes too!

Recently I’ve found the healing powers of honey and bee pollen to achieve optimum health and was inspired to write this, my 1st attempt t poetry:

Honey makes the bitter sweet,
never degrades in cold nor heat.

Builds immunity to cold, sinus and flu,
yet truly only a little drop will do.

Manuka is the best because of tea trees,
Yet healing abounds from things made by bees.

Try some bee pollen sometime too,
it may make a better stronger you.

-Inspired by Dr. Seuss & Proverbs 25:16.

The last couple of spoonfuls in my upside-down honey bottle were so supersaturated that the contents started crystallizing, making it impossible to squeeze any more of the granulated remainder out. So I had to scoop out the last bit and put it in my cooking breakfast oatmeal.

Yum!

Honey makes the bitter sweet,
never degrades in cold nor heat.
So cough up some money,
and buy ya some honey!
The flavor just cannot be(e) beat!
