It is mentioned in the headline that he is hispanic as if that is some kind of achievement who rose against insurmountable odds over oppression and harassment by whites who will stop at nothing to keep slightly less white people down. There is literally nobody working against him, nobody is trying to stop him, there is no reason on the planet to mention his ethnicity as if it was a barrier
