Why do non Catholic Christians feel the need to insult Catholics Faith. I don’t see Catholics doing that to other Christian denominations. We don’t care how you practice your faith.
Hey, Elsie....got any artwork tonight?
Non Roman Catholic Christians are not insulting Roman Catholicism; just asking questions.
I'd suggest you FIRE your seeing eye dog then!
It's certainly not all non Catholic Christians,
most non-Catholic Christians are brothers and sisters
in Christ Jesus with Catholics however
there are six five pals here at FR that
seem to take great offense when uppity Catholics
have the nerve to defend their faith.
The Great Commission instructs us to
“go and make disciples of all nations" and
in as much as we desire as does our Lord,
"all to be saved" we do actually care about
how anyone practices their faith.
The recommended process
as difficult as it can be at times
is through kind and gentle persuasion

I guess calling non-Catholics *heretics* doesn't count, eh?
"Demons and heretics [non-Catholics] fear her because she threatens to humble them. The latter impiously attack her under the pretense that they are safeguarding the honor due to God. In reality, they know that Mary will destroy their prideful opinions.". . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Note: I could avoid seeing the Religion Forum articles by using the direct link to the News/Activism Forum below, but unfortunately that also eliminates all other categories of articles that I am interested in, such as General Chat, and Bloggers & Personal.
I never recall seeing you on the RF, and perhaps ignorance is bliss, or you have blinders on, for it is usually Catholics who provoke Protestants to respond, posting articles that show they do care who we practice our faith. Including this article. How could you miss what the OP said:
"As the history of Protestantism has shown, it is easy to feign humility toward God while exalting yourself over every man. This is the way of all the heretics."
Then you have to posts by Catholics that made comments like saying Protestantism is a false religion, belief in ones self, who have no faith in Christ, no foundation for their superficial understanding of Christianity, who are by inclination vandals, evil fruit, ignorant, biblically illiterate, typically intellectually dishonest, absolutely alien to Christianity, a false religion, a bizarre and false religion, a mass of sheer rot, a heretical brand of Christianity, who completely reject Christ, belief in ones self, with no foundation for their understanding of Christianity, and who are unable to defend it.
And I can substantiate them if needed.
Despite this, you would not the first RC to assert there is not a bit of anti-protestant bigotry among Catholics here, and that they never belittle or challenge beliefs from protestants, incldg. posting threads of Catholics initiating an argument with protestants.
However, the blindness is consistent with no seeing that distinctive Catholic teachings are not manifest in the only wholly inspired substantive authoritative record of what the NT church believed (including how they understood the OT and gospels), which is Scripture, especially Acts thru Revelation.
