No sir. Not Mary. Jesus. Where did this Mary stuff come from? The Bible doesn’t teach us to worship or elevate Mary. It just doesn’t teach that.
I’m pretty sure the bible teaches us to love EVERYONE including Mary.
Nowhere is Mary worshiped; She is only asked to pray for us, both Catholics and non-Catholics.
Mary herself said she was a sinner.Mary said, “My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour” [Luke 1:46,47] - if Mary was sinless why did she say she needed a Savior??
“No sir. Not Mary. Jesus. Where did this Mary stuff come from? The Bible doesn’t teach us to worship or elevate Mary. It just doesnt teach that.”
Of course it is NOT based on the Bible but on Romish error.
If Jesus Himself appeared before them as He did to Paul and reproved them for their idolatry of His mother, they would rebuke Him and tell Him He was a heretic. And they would still not repent.
They will only repent of this idolatry when some day they wake up in Hell and realize they were warned over and over but were more stubborn than Pharaoh in their hardened hearts of false religion.
That being said, not all Roman Catholics bow to Mary, pray to her, or idolize her, because some Roman Catholics are genuine believers in Jesus.
