FReepers All: Begging prayers for the brother of a friend, Jamie Miller, who has a very rare and aggressive cancer which is inoperable and has grown through his face and jaw. Eating and speaking are difficult and painful and time is running out.
Jamie, 60, has 9 children, ages 16-30, some of them adopted and some with special needs. Ten years ago, his wife, Renee, was murdered, so he has been sole parent to those kids for 10 years, and they still need him.
As it happens, there is a connection between Jamie and Fr. Emil Kapuan, the most decorated military chaplain in U.S. history, whose cause for canonization is advancing. Servant of God Kapuan needs a miracle for canonization. Please ask Fr. Kapuan's intercession for Jamie. Thank you.

Hear! Hear!
Continued prayers for Mr. Miller.
Continued prayers for Jamie Miller.
Thank you for that information about Tippens. Had never heard of it. Fascinating. It isn’t an anti-fungal, though. His cure/containment involves an anthelmintic, which is used to fight parasitic worms.
Lord God, be merciful, we pray.
If there is a medical intervention that should be tried, please make a miraculous intervention so that his doctors are aware and his insurers will fund it.
Take away pain and heartache, Lord, from your servant Jamie.
Be with his children every moment, Lord, supporting them with supernatural peace and endurance.
We ask these blessings in the name and through the power of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Amen.
My family has continued this prayer everyday since the novena. Are there any updates?
I want to thank you as well. In the Body of Christ, blessings circulate. That's all I can say. Your prayers have added to the comfort of the family, and to Jamie's glorification, and this to the greater glory of God.
Thank you for the individually tragic but eternally hopeful update. It sounds as though he had a beautiful Christian death. We will pray for the repose of his soul and for the consolation of his family.
Thank you for the sad update, will pray for the repose of his soul.
