All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
The passage doesn’t say anything about sola scriptura. A passage about the excellence of scripture is not a passage about sola scriptura which is a 16th century theory about the usage of scripture.
