When Jesus died on the cross, His body exsanguinated. There is no record of it ever being replaced. At least, the Risen Jesus' open wounds were not bleeding when He invited Thomas to test them:
"Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing" (Jn. 20:27 AV).
And also, His Blood, having been separated forever from His Body, was offered in the Holy of Holies of Heaven to pay for our sins:
"Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold,
from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: . . ." (1 Pet. 1:18-19 AV).
Jesus' Blood could not be the sacrifice while it was still in His Body.
Your assumptions are just that. They have no Biblical basis. This is not an argument about what you think. It is about what the Bible says and does not say.
At least, the well known pictures painted long ago show none:
...of the effects of the beatings and lashing Jesus received; either.
Which must have been revealed to John, as he exclaimed early in Jesus' ministry:
The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
