How the commandments are numbered is not the issue.
The issue is that part is left out by Catholicism.

Nobody focuses on the minors like Catholicism.

Sure seems like that's what is being suggested as the 10.

Rome has to adjust those, in error, to remove any mention of the prohibition against idols as a separate commandment.
