This is reason 2 why people call FRomans hateful.
No engagement, no debate, no sources. Nothing but condescension, personal attacks, and baseless talking points ad nauseum.

Please accept my sincere apologies, I in no way intend to attack anyone personally. If I sound condescending then I apologize for that too.

I encourage anyone else that felt personally attacked by me on this or any other thread to PM me and explain in which post I was rude or unkind in any manor so that I can make amends and attempt to prevent it from happening in the future.

I do believe that we hold a great deal more and certainly more significant beliefs in common than the trivial issues that often get us arguing.

But condescending and generally nasty comments towards other people who are also defending THEIR beliefs are certain to get you quite firmly labeled, and tends to provoke snarky comments in return.

Especially when you start turning it into attacks on the people instead of talking about theology.

I've learned NOT to take it so personally when described by sometimes quite interesting adjectives.

There is usually a much bigger issue being fought here than the influence of my puny words.

That said; what we are disagreeing about so often is NOT trivial.
