I’m truly sorry you do not have assurance of salvation and eternal security.
But of course, you could.
It would involve turning from dependence on your own works, merit, false sacramental system to become His.

If salvation is by faith in Christ then baptism, confirmation, communion, and a whole bunch or other Catholic rituals are rendered meaningless.
And it cannot be lost through sin as that puts salvation on the basis of works, not faith.
Galatians 3 addresses that.
Also, God tells us we are sealed with the Holy Spirit who is the GUARANTEE of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it. We are already, now at the present, seated with Christ in the heavenly places having been tranferred into the kingdom of God’s beloved Son when we believed.
