BUT IF the Catholic Church said they had some remnants of the miracle fish and loaves then THAT is what I would not believe. But no one has claimed that, have they?

Surprising!
You would expect something like, Blessed & True Hair and Finger Nails of the messed Boy of Faith who shared his lunch in the Miracle of the Loaves & Fishes. 5 euros. Time shortened in purgatory, 100 years.

I think the writing means “from the ossuary of St. Clement.”

Ive never read anything in the Scripture that tells us to do deal in relics. It was not the hem of Jesus garment that healed the woman, it was her faith and Jesus mercy. I also 100% agree. It is somewhat strange we are debating this issue 2000 years after it was clarified in the New Testament Canon, and 500 years after it (among other things) led to the schism in the Church.

All used out of context to prove a practice that is unbiblical.
Not a single biblical reference on that false graphic supports relics. It is all made up to support a doctrine that did not originate in Scripture.
“Little Children, keep yourself from idols.” I John 5:21

You can read that and say, “it is about God” or your eyes can focus on the “relics”. What would please God?
This is very similar to “Moses gave our ancestors manna”. And what is Jesus response to that? You do know the answer?

#14. My granddaughter thinks I’m old so should she venerate me, or just make me a toasted bagel and cream-cheese?
To: wmileo
Didn’t he also have a chance to get the breakfast check from the morning before the Last Supper, too? He KNEW it was authentic because it was an order for 12 bagels and lox and one plain bagel. He noted that the check was split thirteen ways and how the guy that got the plain bagel was gypped. ;o)

How could he have been a pope before the RC Church was established? But by all means if people want to pray to a piece of bone of dubious origin send it to Rome
