I will be glad and rejoice in You
I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.

Oh Father God, we humbly come before You, amazed by the mercy and the blessings that You have poured out upon this land.
As a nation, we have been wicked.
We have turned our backs on You.
We have removed You from our schools and our public buildings.
Yet
You have not forsaken us.
You have intervened and provided a President and a First Lady who love this republic and who seek Your blessings. You have equipped them with wisdom and strength to resist the enemy.
Oh Father God, for this we thank You.
We thank You for blessing this nation, in spite of our unfaithfulness.
We thank You for blessing us as individuals.
Our hope is in You.
Our salvation is in Your Son, Christ Jesus.

Romans 12:12
Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer

Father God, we celebrate that You have called us into Your Kingdom.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Oh Father God, lead us to sing praises in Your Name.
Fill our hearts with peace, joy and love.

Thank You that we can come boldly to Your throne, gracious GOD, to receive Your mercy, and find grace to help us when we need it most. (Hebrews 4:16 16)
