Actually, Pope Francis is less theologically reliable than almost any seminarian in any Catholic seminary in the world. IMHO. I'd assume they give TESTS in them seminaries to see if the students have been correctly catechized before they turn them loose on an unsuspecting world; right?
If so; does a papal candidate get tested likewise to see if HE has retained his earlier training before he gets voted on?
Or is it some kind of popularity contest?
