It’s true.

Hyperbole was necessary for the time in which Dr. Luther was living, I’m sure. Much like President Trump today, Martin Luther was speaking directly to the people and so spoke in the language of the people.

Even so, many years after it can be a little tough to navigate.

It’s not that difficult to find the misquotes, misrepresentations, and cherry-picking in the attacking links, though.
