Absolutely. The Roman Church has proven itself to be unreliable as the final decider of what is true. If I was going to believe those 21 reasons, I’d follow the Eastern Church before I’d follow Rome because it is closer to the original church in teachings and worship.

But, the Roman Church is a church like any other. It has a basis in Scripture, so I’m not going to pile on and call it antiChrist or anything. But, since the Gospel was released to the people in the 15-16th century, it has just become one church among many who all follow the same Christ. But most of the others rely solely upon Him, while you have your Pope.

The problem with relying upon the "oral traditions" is the Roman Catholic cannot say what those are.

We are left with the written word as the authoritative text to rely upon.
