The soul is immortal and eternal, are you saying those who go to Hell or Gehanna are somehow spared eternal punishment?

Christ in Matthew 10:28 states:

Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

I’m saying the bible says the soul is NOT eternal. However, if you are born again, you receive an eternal spirit.
