Thanks to "Flaming Conservative" for this link and these quotes from the article

"Yoga wants to get students to the point of complete numbness in their minds. God, on the other hand, wants you to be transformed by the renewing of your mind through his Word," Laurette says.

Yoga is rooted in Hinduism and cannot be separated from it..."

"There's nothing wrong with stretching and calming down one's breathing. But yoga isn't really about that; it's aimed at transforming human consciousness to experience the Hindu god, which is a false god.

"Beware being told to empty your mind or to step outside your body."

Beware being told to empty your mind

Isn't that what so many universities want an real Christians or otherwise conservatives to do?

Remember this guy?

From this thread?

Take a close look at his shirt. Keep in mind, too, that Aleister Crowley was a big yoga enthusiast.

The names of the days of the weeks and the months of the year honor pagan deities. Avoid all calendars - they are demonic!

It’s my understanding that the different positions of yoga are different prayer positions for the different deities and that by assuming those positions, you are indicating to those demons an openness to their influence in your life.
