Well I can’t (even begin) to read Jesus’ mind, but I’ll say this. If I had brought the lack of wine to His attention, and the result was six enormous stone waterpots brimming with the finest wine, I would *feel* honored. You might suggest I shouldn’t, but that wouldn’t stop me. It would feel to me like an honor regardless.
