Have retarded people sinned? Will they go to Hell?
Have unborn babies and newborns and toddlers sinned? Are they going to Hell?
Did Jesus sin? He was a human being.
According to you, the answer to all these questions is YES, because you insist that that passage was intended to deny ANY exceptions.
