Why is it always Jesus or Mary?
It’s never Peter, Paul or John.
It’s never Moses or Abraham.
It’s never King Ferdinand, Queen Isabella or Leonardo DaVinci, either...............
I always find them funny because there were no cameras in Jesus’ day, there are no paintings of him from those who actually saw him, and there is very little in the bible regarding his physical appearance.
Those paintings of “Jesus” kinda crack me up. If I’m to believe what Paul said about the culture at the time (and I do), Jesus was probably clean shaven and had short hair.
And no, I don’t believe the devil has horns and a tail either. :-)
The devil doesn’t get as much mileage impersonating subordinates.
