“What are you trying to say here??”
I should never have commented in one of these threads. My faith in Jesus Christ is very personal. My thanksgiving for finding Jesus Christ again in the Catholic Church is endless. I love the Mass & I’m ever grateful to God for the Peace it brings to me & my soul. I’m not an apologist. I never will be. I saw something I know in my heart to be false & instead of just saying a prayer I responded as I did earlier.
I read this & other threads where the bickering, condemnation against Catholic & Protestants just bores me to no end. They reminds me of when in Luke, John & James wanted to call down fire upon some folks who were healing & casting out demons in Jesus name who weren’t apart of their group.
I’m a thankful, happy Catholic convert. I don’t need to justify my beliefs to anyone but Our Heavenly Father & His Son, Jesus Christ. The Blessed Mother is who she is & no manner of argument will ever change that. If you don’t want to ask her to intercede for you, then don’t. I won’t care one bit lol
I’ll remember next time I dare peruse one of these ridiculous discussions to just pray for everyone & move on.

You've been touting your use of marijuana for this purpose all over FR. So which is it, does going to mass bring you peace or do you need to smoke pot to accomplish this?

Didn't Paul tell is to be ready to give an account at all times?

For starters her name is Mary....not the Blessed Mother.
We are not to pray TO her or rely upon her for salvation as taught by Romam Catholicism.
It would be more accurate to say Mary has been redefined to Roman Catholic dogma....not the Biblical description of Mary.
It DOES get kinda hot in the kitchen these days.
In the Book that Rome assembled long ago, we find...

Dearly beloved, taking all care to write unto you concerning your common salvation, I was under a necessity to write unto you: to beseech you to contend earnestly for the faith once delivered to the saints.

But sanctify the Lord Christ in your hearts, being ready always to satisfy every one that asketh you a reason of that hope which is in you.
