Oh look, you can play word games. In your own citation it clearly shows that there is a difference between sin committed in ignorance that done deliberately. The Bible recognizes different levels of sin:

If anyone sees his brother sinning, if the sin is not deadly, he should pray to God and he will give him life. This is only for those whose sin is not deadly. There is such a thing as deadly sin, about which I do not say that you should pray. All wrongdoing is sin, but there is sin that is not deadly. (1 John 5:16-17)

Since we are talking about sin that would separate us from God I though that you would have understood that I was speaking of what we Catholics refer to as Mortal Sin (grave matter, sufficient reflection, and full consent of the will). I did not think that I had go into a whole discussion of the Catholic understanding of the differences between Mortal Sins and Venial Sins.

According to Jesus, only one sin will not be forgiven.

Mark 3:28-30 (NASB)

“Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter;

but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”

For the sake of the lurkers anyway; can you post the LIST of these sins that the RCC has discovered and judged as being NOT deadly and the ones that ARE??
