JustaCowgirl —— I essentially pray for these same things every night for President Trump, VP Pence and those chosen to lead the country. The last group seems to have forgotten that this is a country “of, by, and for the people”, and many have used their positions because of the power it gives them. Sigh. I also pray that we the people embrace the Lord God, and return to Him.

Amen! Father, we pray also that You would give President Trump and his staff Your servants who will hear and speak Your Word and Counsel as You did leaders of old.. By Your Spirit of Truth, quicken that Word to them and let them grow in hearing and in obeying Your will and direction.
