Huh? The physical returned back to where He was before --- before he had been born (thus had no "body" to speak of) which leads one to suspect He has no body now-- not one just as it was when He did become born into the form of a man. That much we can all be fairly certain about.

Enjoy being cursed for your own intransigence, and do not expect God to bless you, this season. You richly deserve to be made example of. Or, go back, and apologize. Leave your gift at the altar, and go make things right. At the very least acknowledge the one who had apologized to you (when that person did not owe you apology) and had forgiven you, also.

Be careful, Blue. I sympathize with you, but this is just the kind of thing Vlad likes to seize on and try to shame you with. When Jesus ascended to Heaven (the third one) He did have a body, a spiritual one, without blood. That will be the kind we get at the harpadzo, the "Rapture":

"Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is" (1 Jn. 3:2 AV).

Blue, we now have a Man, a human, in Heaven, at the Father's favored right hand, making intercession for us. Remember that: A Man in Heaven, our representative.

Some Protestants - especially the anti-Catholic kind - wallow in Catharism and don't even know it. Once the Son gained a body He was only separated from it in death. Once He was raised from the dead He was never to be separated from it again for that would mean death (Ecclesiastes 12:7; James 2:26). Jesus CANNOT die again (Romans 6:9). Jesus is in Heaven. Since He has been raised from the dead He is not there in spirit only, nor in some sort of ghostly form. He is truly, and substantially, and bodily there. Once He gained a body He would never be without it except in death - and His death is over. He is resurrected. What you are denying is the reality of the resurrection. Either Jesus really rose bodily from the dead or He didn't. Either He really ascended into Heaven or He didn't. If He really arose from the dead, if He really ascended into Heaven, He is in Heaven, bodily. You're apparently so mired in heresies and denials of basic Christian truths that you apparently don't even see it.
