Gay Activists Target IBM Over Christian Senior Executive

The same person was forced to step down from a Christian organization last year at his previous employer

SYDNEY (ChurchMilitant.com) - Tech company IBM is coming under fire from gay rights extremists over their employment of a managing partner associated with a conservative Christian group.

Mark Allaby sits on the board of a Christian internship program called Lachlan Macquarie Institute, and was asked last year to step down from Pricewaterhouse Coopers owing to his affiliation with the Australian Christian Lobby (ACL).

In a tweet on Monday, gay activist Michael Barnett criticized IBM in Australia for employing "anti-LGBT" people, while pointing out IBM's membership in an organization called Pride in Diversity, an organization of companies, including high-profile companies like Goldman Sachs, and even the Australian Government Department of Defence and Australian Federal Police.

They make it clear that in spite of their use of the term “diversity” they do not believe in it, they do not believe in real diversity, a real diversity of social and religious values.

The IBM manager who is a Christian never called for “LBGT” IBM staff to be “called out” for their “LBGT” views, demonstrating that while NOT ACCEPTING or identifying with those views, he accepted the “diversity” of the society he is part of.

But to the “LBGT” community, they are not seeking true diversity, just affirmation of one set of views and silencing of any others.

I’ve heard people use the term “Christophobia”.

Really, homophobia was a term invented to market homosexuality to the general public. It’s designed to enter the arena of discourse and frame the debate and conversation in terms that are favorable to the side of perversion.

A real phobia is a condition that is generally treated compassionately. The goal is to help people cope or overcome irrational fears.

But with homophobia, it is projection. The homosexuals are the ones who are deeply afraid of society identifying their proclivities as perversion. They are deeply afraid of being found out. Of the nature of their perversion being disclosed.
