Yup, the first time we sin damns us and we need redemption.

Without Christ's redemption, you're damned to Judgement Day, along with everyone else, when He judges ALL who are "not in Him". That tells us that He has already judged those who claim to be "in Him".

Those gnashing teeth their teeth on the Day of Judgement are the ones who thought they were in Him, but evidently were not, along with "those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil".

All we need is one.

And "persistence in doing good"...;)
