What 'body'??
I thought Moses was in Heaven now; just like Mary and the 'saints'?
The understanding is that the devil wanted the dead body of Moses so that the Jews would worship it as an idol. There is no burial place recorded for Moses. We do not know where his body is. Moses is certainly in Heaven with the angels and saints.
