“They’re Catholic. The pope (if valid) rules over them. Period. Read Vatican I.”

The Order (if unified) could precipitate a crisis by declaring the Pope an apostate and demanding the Magisterium elect a new, orthodox Pope. Until such action happens, the Order could agree not to recognize Him as Pope. At some point the orthodox Catholics are going to have to stand up to an obvious fraud. When/if they do, I’ll consider rejoining the Church. If not, then it’s just proof that the “True Church” is only partly made up of Catholics. Everyday that this charlatan sits on the Throne of Peter, the Catholic Church falls deeper into schism and heresy.

I highly doubt that Francis' actions wrt the Order will cause the Order to do such a thing. He didn't do anything outside his rights (by Church law or Divine Law) as purported pope.
