Prayer is not worship.

To pray is to ask. Simply that. Everyone on this thread prays to other people perhaps a dozen times a day.

Our modern English language comes directly from the Elizabethan period. Check out any play from that period.

See how many times the characters say “I pray thee” or “I prithee”. They are not worshipping each other. They are asking for help or assistance.

Ask Michael the Archangel to do his job, in the same way as you would ask your Sherriff to do his.
