Dear Stars and Stripes of the Trump/Pence vigil (and all who have been holding vigil)
I just wanted to touch base and thank you and the participants to your threads for holding vigil. I held it along with you, even though I have not recently been an active participant on the threads themselves. I’m sure I’m not alone in that.
I think the spiritual battle for American Liberation is just beginning. ( Praise God for answered prayer and that the Marines landed and we have a beachhead! On to Victory! Our position is much better than it would have been if election numbers went sideways again.)
IMHO, now is the time to pour on the coals and and ask the Lord to seal our hard fought and won Victory!
IMHO, I’m sure I am not alone in recognizing that there are crazies out there, and that we MUST continue to ask the Lord for continued protection of our new President and VP, and their families and team members and for America herself.
I am grateful that you shall be continuing your vigil threads from now (at least) until the Inauguration.
Please again, accept my heartfelt thanks for your (plural) faithfulness.
Indeed. There have already been threats. Your point is a VERY good one. Prayers for protection and safety for our President elect, for the VP, for their families and supporters, in Jesus name.
This is our moment to shine the light of the GOOD NEWS of JESUS CHRIST throughout our nation and the world. Let our light shine before men so they may see our FATHER IN HEAVEN.

TEXOKIE, I echo your prayers and heartfelt thanks. This has been a God-sized miracle. This is mercy, love and truth.
Father God, thank You for this huge GIFT - it is our Lord God who sets up rulers and takes rulers down. Because the popular vote was so close, we learn just how sadly misguided most of the nation is...We learn that the murder of babies in the womb is not a problem with half the nation. We learn that law and order is a non-issue. Father God, we have a very large job to do.
Father God, fortify Your church that we may undo the damage of decades of corruption. Give us power to tear down the pagan alters. Father God, we plead that You would give us the wisdom and love to bring more into Your kingdom. Thank You Father God for this challenge. Thank You Father God for giving us Trump and Pence who will lead us into battle in this cultural war.
