Wow, a real life “KJ is the only true bible” nut. I actually had family that believed you were not a christian if you read any other bible than the KJ. Even more inspired than the original Greek and Hebrew. I gave up trying to argue with them.
After taking a couple of bible classes in college and learning more about the different translations, I am pretty sure one of the questions asked when I stand before God will not be “Ok, first things first, which translation did you use?”
Makes ya wonder what 'bible' the folks in GERMANY read; doesn't it!!
Or Spain, France, China, Japan, Russia...
