When the Rapture of the Church finally takes place - in which Almighty God the Son calls out His body (saints and ambassadors) - it (The Rapture) will be a wondrous sign unto the apostate western world more so than a sign unto the whole world. For all had better be prepared, for Almighty God's "Day of Wrath" is now at hand (2 Thess. 2:3-12)!
The official commencement of this horrific seven year period will be the breaking of the 1st seal (i.e., the "Confirming of the Covenant" - Dan. 9:27) by Almighty Gods Lamb (i.e., The Lord Jesus Christ) in Heaven (Rev. 6:1). It is at this precise moment that the man of lawlessness (i.e., the anti-Christ) will be revealed unto the entire world (Dan. 9:27, 2 Thess. 2: 3-12). This revealing of the Anti-Christ and the commencement of this seven year tribulation period will begin when this man (i.e., the Prince which is to come) adds his human position of great power and authority to a covenant against Israel with an abundance of peoples and nations (Ezek. 38:8,11-12, Dan. 9: 27). Israel at this time of the confirming of this covenant will receive the super natural protection of Almighty Gods Two Witnesses (Moses and Elijah) who will also begin their ministry at this time for 1260 days and possess Almighty God's Divine authority. These two Witnesses of Almighty God will be extremely more powerful and than the anti - Christ and his global confederacy against Israel and will be used throughout the first half of this tribulation period by Almighty God to make His RIGHTEOUS ETERNAL Person known to a full blown godless world and unbelieving Israel (Rev. 11:3-6).

Some of God’s prophets didn’t understand
what they themselves were saying,true?
But the message proved to be 100 percent.
I have wondered what the Saints in Heaven may be using for a little easy reading
or if the Scripture may still hold Our attention when We are in Glory!
I’d like to shake the hand of Moses.
Lord help us All to understand Your plan for Our lives.
Exactly...It’s sad that so many have fallen for the false rapture doctrine...Bible is very clear on this fly-away nonsense.
It will lead many ppl to follow the false christ...
I never understood it either, you are not the only one.
A form of escapism or an easy out.
The Hero’s of scripture ascended by going thru Great adversity and pain.
Why should we in the modern world think that we get a pass from persecution?
Would John the Baptist give up his reward to spend one more day in Our modern Upholstered sewer?
The first thing that has to happen is a pretty large war...
That's right!

>> “Matthew 7:21 is an indictment of people who come to the judgement seat depending on their works to justify them” <<
Absolutely false!
It is an indictment of those who thought “grace” (falsely construed) would save them without righteousness.
Yeshua, James, Paul and John all vigorously preached righteousness through obedience to Torah.
John even explicitly stated that the very definition of sin is transgression of Torah.
James and Paul explicitly stated that Doers of the law, not hearers of the law would be justified.
Yeshua said plainly that those that keep the Father’s commandments would be saved.
There is nothing in any part of the word that says anything contrary to that.
What was salvation for Adam and Abraham is salvation for all. Yehova is One Elohim, he changeth not.
You are presenting clear evidence here that you do not know Yeshua, yet you appear to think you have some lock on salvation. How do you differ from the recipients of the message of Matthew 7?
.
Said the unread blind man?
Acts 15:24 has absolutely nothing to do with Torah. I have explained this to you personally several times.
Acts 15:24 is about the Pharisees false law of works; the Takanot and Ma’assim that Yeshua spent his Earthly ministry demolishing. The “washing of the hands,” the forbidding to heal on the Sabbath, their definition of “a Sabbath day's journey, etc.
Acts 15 explicitly states that the new converts would learn Torah “in their synagogue every Sabbath day.”
Nowhere is your twisted idea to be found in the word.
What the Greek translators called “the law of Moses” was the law of the pharisees, as Acts 15 clearly shows:
[19] Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:
[20] But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.
[21] For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.
Take your antinomian Iniquity with you as you leave please.
.
All of the apostles differ with you on that.
Just use any online concordance to search “righteousness” and you will see that throughout the NT writings it is associated with Torah observance.
Our righteousness is definitely filthy rags, but Torah is “His” righteousness.
Our righteousness is whatever we dream up that “should please God,” like sunday school, christmas, easter, lent, eucharist, candles, cakes, idols and icons. All man made, and detested by Yehova.
His righteousness is clearly defined in his word.
Jas 1:25
But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
Jas 2:12
So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.
.
But instead I believe what the word of Yehova says.
.
.
>> “The Matthew passages you refer to actually set the bar higher and deal with the issues of the heart, not just the outward observance of the law” <<
What a klanger!
It is the writing of Torah on our heart that leads us to his way.
If you reject his righteousness that he transmitted to us, where do you go?
.
Grace makes people righteous, so your whole deal is a false dilemma anyway.
Acts 15:24 has absolutely nothing to do with Torah.
It explicitly states "The Law of Moses," which is what you want us to live under. It does not state "the tradition of the Jews" or anything of that sort. And, no, you've never "personally explained" otherwise "many times." You've only asserted, many times, that the "law of Moses" does not refer to the "law of Moses," but to something else.
Acts 15 explicitly states that the new converts would learn Torah in their synagogue every Sabbath day.
This is a false reading, as the sentence begins with "For" (in the KJV anyway) and is properly read as an explanation for the previous verse: why Christians should not eat from things offered to idols, or things strangled. IOW, because fervent Jews are in every city. This underlying reason is reinforced later when Paul states that we may eat of things strangled and offered to idols, but not if it causes offense. Since even eating of things offered to idols is permitted by Paul in later writings, it's clear that your reading (that Christians will become Judaized at some later time) is impossible, since Paul rips us even further from Judaism as time passes, and not the other way around.
Nonsense!
2 Timothy 3:16
[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
[17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
2Pe 2:21
For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
1John 3:10
In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

"Immediately after the tribulation"
Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. VThen will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Matt 24:19-31
No rapture (catching up/gathering of saints) before the tribulation, Jesus returns and gathers his elect after the tribulation. Get that part right and I will read further.
Only nonsense to a Judaizing heretic, but not for the Christian:
Rom 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
IOW, we are righteous at the moment of faith in God's sight through imputation, and not by works. But in terms of sanctification, our own progression and conformation into Christ's image throughout our lives, this also is the gift of God:
"A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them." (Eze 36:26-27)
Php 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
Isa 26:12 LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us.
Deu 30:6 And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Jas 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
We have it !!! Jesus gave it to us...
That's because you are trusting in your own wisdom instead of God's...And, because you don't read or don't believe the scriptures...The scriptures tell us the Great Tribulation is a judgment on Israel's enemies, NOT his church...
The scriptures don’t even once mention the word rapture.
Sin IS transgression against God’s Law.
But what you are apparently failing to see is the purpose of the Law.
The Law was not instituted as a means of salvation.
The law was put in charge to lead us to Christ, to show us our need for a Redeemed by showing us God’s holy and righteous standard and that we could not ever meet it so we would turn to Him and count on His mercy and grace to be made right with Him, not to try to do it in our own strength.
Do you even understand what FORGIVENESS is all about?
