IIRC there are existing manuscripts which predate the Septuagint for Isaiah.
Isaiah was written in Hebrew in the 8th century before Jesus. The Septuagint is a Greek translation of the OT. The Septuagint dates back to the third century before Jesus. However good a translation the Septuagint was, it was just a translation.
